Q.Can you dispose of unwanted items and furniture?
Yes. Our specialist team can collect unwanted items as an additional service. Some items may also be eligible for purchase. Please ask when requesting your quote.
Q.Can you buy items I no longer need?
Yes, we can purchase eligible items, though not everything can be accepted. When requesting your quote, let us know which items you'd like us to consider.
Q.Can we schedule estate clearance and moving at the same time?
Yes. Our clearance and moving services are handled by separate teams, but they work together to coordinate the jobs efficiently.
Q.Do you accept requests from local authorities?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss the work required.
Q.Are some dates cheaper than others?
Lower rates may be available on certain dates in our moving calendar. Please ask about available dates when requesting your quote.
Q.When do additional charges apply?
Extra charges apply for specialist work, tower apartments in buildings with 10 or more floors, coordinated move-ins involving multiple households, or parking more than 10 meters from the building. They also apply if your belongings exceed the booked truck's capacity or don't meet our transport requirements, you add services on the day, or the crew has to wait 1 hour or more for reasons on your side.
