*The lowest advertised package rate applies to moves within 5 km, from one ground-floor property to another, with truck parking directly outside both buildings. High-rise tower apartments are excluded.
Elevator Moving Fee
Floors 2–5: ¥3,000 • Floors 6–10: ¥5,000 • Floor 11+: ¥15,000
Stair-Carrying Fee
1st floor: Free • 2nd: ¥1,000 • 3rd: ¥2,000 • 4th: ¥3,000 • 5th: ¥5,000
*Credit card payments are not accepted for Special Service Packs, Kogamo Packs, or Mini-Truck services.
*Within Tokyo's 23 wards: 10 cardboard boxes and 1 roll of packing tape for ¥3,300 (delivery included).
*Mini-Truck service payments must be made by bank transfer in advance.
